Family Service – 2nd Sunday of the month

Our monthly Family Service, held on the second Sunday of every month, is a welcoming and relaxed gathering for children, parents, grandparents, carers and anyone who enjoys worshipping in an informal setting. Meeting at the back of the Abbey in a café-style space, the service is designed to help families feel at home, with a friendly atmosphere where children can explore faith, ask questions and join in. Each service includes refreshments, giving everyone the chance to chat and get to know one another, as well as a themed craft activity that helps bring the Bible story or message to life. Whether you come to church regularly or are visiting for the first time, you will find a warm welcome and a supportive community of families. Many people enjoy the opportunity to build friendships, share experiences and connect with others while their children have fun and take part in age-appropriate activities. The Family Service is a wonderful way to worship together, grow in faith and become part of the life of the Abbey.
