Sunday 3rd December
10.30am Advent Carol Service – start your Christmas journey with this service of popular carols for Advent

Saturday 9th December
10am Abbey tree decorating – All welcome to come and decorate the HUGE Abbey tree and get it raised up in the People’s chapel to watch over our Christmas celebrations

Sunday 10th December
10am Posada Party! A family cafe-style service starting with breakfast at 10am and then crafts! Featuring the figures of Mary and Joseph that have been travelling around homes & schools in the village.

Sunday, 17th December
6pm Carols by Candlelight – a beautiful evening of nine lessons and carols, sung by the congregation and Abbey choir

Monday 18th December
6pm Carol singing around the village to collect money for ABCD (Action for Bethlehem Children with Disabilities). Meeting in front of The Fleur

Christmas Eve
4.30pm Crib Service Nativity Play – a special play featuring local children (more angels and shepherds very welcome – come dressed up!) Arrive early for a good seat and to see our advent window.
11.00pm Midnight Mass – celebrate the arrival of the Christ child with the traditional midnight service

Christmas Day
8am Holy Communion
10.30am Family Christmas Communion bring your presents to show Revd Jane!

Sunday 30th December
There will be no services at the Abbey on this day. A team service will be held at Toot Baldon
